Be prepared with the following:
- A valid government issued ID such as a drivers license or state ID
- The documents printed and ready for when the notary arrives
- All individuals who are required to be witnessed be present before your appointment. If not all individuals are there by the time our notary arrives, additional costs could incur.
In some cases, a notary cannot legally act as a notary AND witness, therefore, some documents require an additional witness to be valid such as notarizing a will. You are more than welcomed to find your own witnesses for your notary appointment.
If you cannot find witnesses, we do have staff we can bring along for an additional fee.

We're Signing Agents
